The Comprehensive Assessment
The Comprehensive is our preferred means of beginning treatment. It is a precision-medicine approach that allows us to evaluate each individual multi-dimensionally as a team, providing a depth of data to draw upon for treatment planning. We meet for weekly case conferences to share our findings with each other and to create a coherent assessment that allows us to prioritize points of intervention based on your unique needs. $4000

Why the Comprehensive?

The Comprehensive assessment is a precision-medicine approach to identifying the root cause of psychiatric symptoms. Treatment-resistant patients benefit from a holistic evaluation and expert collaboration. We are seeking to identify what it is that you, as an individual, need to heal. We are here to connect you with the resources you need, either in-house or elsewhere.
The Comprehensive provides direct evaluation of metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and nutritional processes in the body as well as an examination of the electrical patterns in the brain. Pulled together, with the combined expertise of a functional medicine provider, a psychiatrist, and a neurotherapist, this data can:

-
Identify the root cause of symptoms.
-
Clarify diagnoses.
-
Distinguish underlying physical contributions to mental health symptoms.
-
Identify foundational needs of the body that must be met before medications can be effective.
-
Predict an individual's likelihood of benefitting from a variety of nutritional, medical, psychotherapeutic, and prescription interventions including ketamine and TMS.
-
Provide insight into which neurotherapy interventions may be used to re-sculpt dysfunctional electrical patterns in the brain.
-
Inform the priorities of treatment in a step-wise fashion to make healing a more manageable process for the patient.

Integrative Psychiatry Services
Kriste Babbitt, M.D.
The scope of Integrative Psychiatry services includes traditional psychiatric medication management for a range of mental health concerns including moderate to severe illness states, eclectic psychotherapeutic approaches, lab evaluation, genetic testing, lifestyle interventions, health coaching, and complementary and alternative approaches to psychiatric treatment.
Initial Assessment
$500
All initial appointments cover past medical, psychiatric, family and social histories as well as current areas of concern to create a shared understanding and focus in treatment. We will be able to achieve a basic framework, or gestalt at this appointment, and I will identify whether additional testing is recommended before you meet with Megan Vardeman, PA, to discuss foundational health and nutritional psychiatry concerns.
Follow-up
$250 - $375
Standard follow-up appointments can include psychotherapeutic interventions, management of biological aspects of care including lab review, medication management, or supplement recommendations. Established and uncomplicated treatment protocols may only require brief visits for observation and continuing care.
Functional Medicine and Wellness Services
Functional health and wellness services include a deeper dive into functional medicine and specialty lab testing, assessment of various physical and mental health complaints for interrelatedness (especially clusters of vague symptoms), more extensive nutritional, health, and lifestyle coaching, and targeted recommendations for IV nutrition and supplementation.

As an integrative psychiatry clinic, all new psychiatric patients meet with Megan Vardeman, PA, after their psychiatric intake to further define their holistic treatment plan. We believe that taking the time to correct the foundations of nutritional status, gut health, hormone balance, and inflammatory and toxic burden are essential to providing the scaffolding for higher-level psychiatric interventions, such as traditional medications, to be successful. In some cases, higher-level interventions may be unnecessary after correcting the roots of imbalance.
